Question: How
is a custom rug ordered?
Answer: Designers and
customers may select an artwork design from
any of the designs within our extensive inventory
of rugs. Bring your color cuttings or swatches so
that we may achieve a perfect match with
your color selections. Bring us your measurements
or if you are within our local area, ask us
to come to your home to measure. We are happy
to assist you in choosing the best size and
shape that will complement your room. We provide
a sketch to show you the rug before we start
weaving.
Question: How long
will it take to get my rug?
Answer: Because we
have a direct relationship with the weavers,
we can have your rug delivered to you within
3-4 months—a process that would take close
to a year under ordinary circumstances.
Question: Will I need
to pre-pay for my rug?
Answer: A 50% deposit is required
at the time of order and the balance is due
at time of delivery. Payment may be by check
(U.S. customers only), money order or credit
card.
