Question: Are rugs repaired/restored in your location or sent out?
Answer: Most rug repair is done in-house at our location. In the event of major damage, the rug would be sent to New York or another country where weavers would repair the damage. In such cases, additional freight costs would apply.

Question: What do you do to repair and/or restore rugs?
Answer: We repair small holes while much larger holes would be sent out.  We can fill-in, trim, replace, or cut-down and overcast the fringe.  We can bind parts of or whole sides of the rug.  We also do color restoration as well as deal with rugs that have been damaged due to water or fire as part of our rug cleaning services. Large holes are sent out for repairs.

Question: How long does it take?
Answer: The repair/restoration process takes about two weeks if it is done in-house. Extensive damage that is repaired in New York or outside the US will take much longer.

Question: Do you guarantee your work?
Answer: We will work until you are satisfied.
